| Payment and cancellation rules | 💳 After receiving final confirmation of acceptance, participants must pay within 20 days to secure their spot. • Cancellation before July 5 (23:59): Full fee reimbursement. • Cancellation from July 6 onwards: No reimbursement. • If the event is canceled by the organization (Antenna), participants will receive a full refund. |
