| Payment and cancellation rules | Participation in the project is fully confirmed once the flight tickets are bought and shared with the organisers. Cancellation of the participation can be done no later than 3 weeks before the project starts. Otherwise, participant is obliged to pay the participation fee to the organisers of the project. |
| SU specific regulations | In cities where SU will take place, accommodation and party areas will be allocated to us. There would be no contact with other people during our stays in order to ensure safety for each participant. Also, we will provide daily masks and antiseptics to each AEGEEan 2 times a day. Also note that temperature will be measured on a daily basis. We would ensure safety by PCR test upon entry to our country (State rule). We considered everything and therefore the chance of getting Covid is minimised up to 0% whereas the chance of getting your best memories increased up to 100%. |
